Real estate automation

Automation for real estate agencies

Lead calls and enquiries handled in seconds, stock lists built on their own, privacy forms and letters of engagement and authority generated and filed without rekeying. We've automated these workflows for real estate businesses — and your team never has to touch or manage the technology doing it.

Where agencies quietly lose hours and leads

A portal enquiry arrives at 8pm and gets a reply the next afternoon — after the buyer has booked with someone else.

Open home attendees are collected on a clipboard and never followed up properly.

Appraisal leads go cold because nobody has time for the fifth touchpoint.

Privacy forms, engagement and authority letters get retyped for every new listing.

Stock lists are rebuilt by hand every time someone needs one.

Nobody can say what this month's numbers actually are without building a spreadsheet.

Real estate workflows we automate

We start with the bottleneck costing you the most — usually enquiry response — then work through the rest one at a time.

Lead Call & Enquiry Bots

Bots that manage inbound lead calls and portal, website and social enquiries — answering in seconds, qualifying against your criteria and logging everything in the CRM instead of leaving buyers and tenants waiting.

Agency Document Automation

Privacy forms, Letters of Engagement and Letters of Authority generated, pre-filled, sent for signature and filed automatically — no rekeying names, addresses and property details across three documents.

Stock Lists & Listing Data

Stock lists built and updated automatically from your live listing data, formatted the way your agency presents it, ready to send without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet.

CRM Integration & Automation

Your CRM connected to your inbox, forms, e-signature and property management tools, with the record updates, task creation and status changes happening on their own.

Reminders & Repetitive Tasks

Any recurring nudge or routine job — inspection and appraisal reminders, follow-up sequences, document chasing, renewal dates — running on schedule whether or not someone remembers.

Agency Reporting on Autopilot

Weekly numbers on enquiries, appraisals, listings and pipeline delivered to your inbox — no one spending Friday afternoon in spreadsheets.

From the founder

You deal directly with me — not an account manager

I'm Peter, founder of Newvion. I spent 30 years running businesses — IT/Cybersecurity, Property and Building Automation — and consulted to businesses across many verticals, including Real Estate. I've bought technology that overpromised and underdelivered, so I build differently: we find what's actually broken before we automate it, and every build is measured in dollars and hours saved rather than flashy features.

If automation isn't the right answer for a part of your agency, I'll tell you that too.

More about how we work

Real estate automation FAQs

Do my agents need to learn to use AI?

No. AI is a tool we use behind the scenes to design and build your automations faster. Your agents keep using the CRM and tools they already know — the manual steps simply disappear.

Will this work with our CRM and the portals we use?

In most cases, yes. We build around your existing agency software wherever it allows an integration, and we tell you honestly when something can't be connected cleanly.

How long before something is live?

A focused automation such as enquiry response or inspection reminders is typically live in two to four weeks. Larger integration work is staged so you see value early.

Is our client and tenant data safe?

Yes. We use reputable providers, give each automation access only to the data it genuinely needs, and document exactly where information goes.

What does real estate automation cost?

It depends on the workflows involved, so we scope and quote after the free audit. You get a fixed proposal before any work begins.
